Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
Working Conditions
The Registered Nurse may be required to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on patient care needs.
