Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Emergency Nursing and be prepared to work night shifts.

Shift Details

Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour format (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Weekend Requirements: 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks
Holidays: As needed

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes effectively

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing required
ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required
Previous charge RN experience and Level 2 trauma experience preferred
