Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic overflow unit providing post-surgical observation care. We are dedicated to transitioning to a team nursing model, where your skills and experience will be integral in enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med-Surg setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement patient-centered care strategies.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and responding appropriately.
• Participate in team nursing initiatives and contribute to the training of LPNs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience required.
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience is required.
• Current, active nursing license in compliance with NLC guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Scheduling and Availability

• Shift: Day shifts (3x12-hour) from 07:00 to 19:00.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• On-call assignments as necessary.

• This position does not accommodate block scheduling.
