Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Stepdown/Medical Surgical Overflow/Neuro Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with recent experience, particularly in a Level I Trauma setting.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Day shift options available (3x12-hour shifts)
- Patient Ratio: 1:12 with team nursing ratios, split between 2 RNs and 2 LPNs.
- Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, schedule may be adjusted based on staffing needs.
- Weekend Requirements: As needed with rotation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience required.
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is essential.
- Prior travel experience is required.
- Experience in a large hospital environment is mandatory.
- Must hold an active nursing license compliant with NLC guidelines.
Special Requirements
- First-timers and local candidates within a 100-mile radius will not be considered.
- Block schedules are not accommodated, though weekend block may be considered.
