Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans, procedures, and health management after discharge.
• Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to team discussions regarding patient care strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on ICU preferred.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• Ability to float to Medical-Surgical units as needed.
• Willingness to meet weekend staffing requirements.
• Availability for on-call duties as required by the unit.
• No pending licenses accepted.
• Must be open to accommodating block scheduling.
• Guaranteed hours provided.

Shift Details

The position requires working three 12-hour shifts during the day, from 07:00 to 19:00.
