Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Adult Emergency Room team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in a Level 1 trauma center setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and formulate appropriate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Previous experience in an emergency room or critical care setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system is required.

Work Schedule

This position requires working a schedule of three 12-hour shifts during night hours (19:00 - 07:00).
