Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Adult Emergency Room. This position requires an experienced professional to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient condition, performing triage and prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and assist with medical procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in an emergency room or trauma center setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks in a high-stress environment.

Work Schedule

This position offers a 3x12-hour day shift, with start times of either 7:00 AM or 11:00 AM. Candidates will be required to work every other week.
