Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical to join our team. This position requires flexible scheduling, with opportunities for alternating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patient health, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift Details

This position offers the following shifts:

• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
