Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as developed by the physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report significant changes to the supervising physical therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule
