Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop treatment plans, and facilitate rehabilitation for patients with various physical ailments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical therapy needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and home strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care plans and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
