Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients in need of respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic treatment therapy, including the administration of aerosolized medication via Oral Inhalation, EZPAP, IPPB, and MDI.
• Provide airway clearance techniques including Chest Physiotherapy (CPT) and Incentive Spirometry.
• Administer Oxygen Therapy and manage CPAP/BIPAP therapy.
• Conduct arteriocentesis as needed.

Work Requirements

• Weekends and Holidays are required, with a commitment to working Thanksgiving Day or the day after, and Christmas or Christmas Eve.
• No on-call responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in respiratory therapy is required; travel experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be RRT certified; CRT certifications will not be accepted.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• A valid license to practice in the state of Tennessee is required at the time of application.
• Epic experience within the last 18 months is mandatory, with details to be provided in the application. A completion of additional unbillable hours may be required if the EPIC test is not passed.

Working Hours

This position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, from 18:45 to 07:15.
