Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Telemetry

Position Information

Role: RN
Department: Medical-Surgical Telemetry
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Call Shift: 1 call shift required in an 8-week block

Qualifications

Required Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of telemetry and acute inpatient care experience; IMC experience preferred

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 45
Patient Ratios: Days 1:4-5 patients, Nights 1:5-6 patients
Electronic Medical Records: EPIC

Skills and Experience

Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac telemetry, acute inpatient care in a medical-surgical setting
Type of Patients: Medical-surgical and acute cardiac patients

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Any
Unacceptable Attire: Hoodies, earbuds
