We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and exemplify a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Position Information
- Role: RN

- Shifts: 0645-1915, 1845-0715
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Varies
- Call Requirements: 2 twelve-hour call shifts in a 13-week contract
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years, with travel experience preferred
- Float Requirements: May float to other med-surg units as needed
Qualifications
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Preferred Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 56
- Patient Ratios: RNs typically have a ratio of 1:4-5 during days and 1:5-6 during nights.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

The registered nurse will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care. The nurse must demonstrate exceptional teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic, making it essential to contribute constructively to unit dynamics.
