Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting, focusing on medical and surgical patients.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
Current and valid Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.

Shift Details

This position requires working night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
