We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in infusion therapy to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an environment that promotes comfort and healing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care by utilizing the nursing process and adhering to unit-specific standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously reassess individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures and treatments as needed.
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness, educational needs, and necessary adjustments.
• Document care provided, assessments, plans of care, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Collect essential patient information to ensure safe and effective care.
• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patient status, responding appropriately to changes.
• Determine and execute nursing actions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients.
• Educate patients, families, and significant others about health information in a timely manner and provide written materials.
• Maintain current knowledge of workflows, processes, and evidence-based practices relevant to the role.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately and supervise non-licensed assistive personnel.
• Participate in performance evaluation and improvement processes as directed.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in accordance with established policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN Licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• OCN Chemo/Immunotherapy certification required.
• Ability to float as a sitter and in other capacities as necessary.
• Commitment to adhering to policies and standards of practice in nursing.
