Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services that adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The primary focus of this role is to evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy aimed at improving patient communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document all services provided in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, as well as patients and their families.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
