Description

Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various surgical specialties and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Details

Shifts: Day 4x10-Hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00.
Weekends: No scheduled weekends, but weekend call is required (currently 1 in 4).
Holidays: Required as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including General Surgery, Cataracts, Robotic Surgery, Orthopedics, and Gynecology.
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile and safe environment for all surgical procedures.
Monitor patient status and respond to any changes during the perioperative phase.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required - American Heart Association only.
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience required.
Experience in various surgical specialties including General Surgery, Cataracts, Robotic Surgery, Orthopedics, and Gynecology is preferred.
