Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med-Surg/Telemetry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Floating to other units or facilities may be required as needed.

Shift Details

Schedule: 3x12 Hour Nights (19:00 - 07:30)
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, subject to unit needs.

Documentation and Medication Systems

Documentation System: EPIC
Medication System: Omnicell

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
Valid South Carolina Registered Nurse License.
Certificates: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Telemetry, Emergency Room Holding, and Cardiac Telemetry is preferred.

Additional Information

This unit is open to reviewing first-time travelers based on their relevant experience.
