Description
We are seeking an adaptable and open-minded Physical Therapist to join our outpatient department. This role embodies our "Friends Healing Friends" philosophy within the community.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement and monitor therapy programs to maximize patient progress towards their functional goals.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate effectively with other health professionals and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Be open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
- Treat a diverse range of patients, ensuring high-quality care.
Job Type
This is a 13-week contract position, with possibilities for extension.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Holiday coverage may be required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to treat a wide variety of patients in an outpatient setting.
