Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering physical therapy programs that assist patients in recovering, improving mobility, relieving pain, and increasing strength.

Shift Details

• Days: 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Potential to work holidays; weekends not required

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs for patient recovery and mobility improvement.
• Document patient information for evaluation and record therapeutic progress.
• Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises for home care.
• Analyze and adjust therapy programs as needed to meet patient needs.
• Adhere to guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Completion of appropriate education as required by state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must complete within the first 60 days of employment.
• Maintaining department-specific competencies and certifications is required.

Additional Information

All clinicians are required to badge in and out at the facility. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license when applicable.
