Description

MRI Technologist

Contract Details

Duration: 3-6 months

Shifts: Tuesday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00

No on-call duties
No weekend shifts
Willingness to provide holiday coverage in collaboration with clinicians

Responsibilities

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for:

Training and supporting less experienced MRI staff
Conducting MRI scans in accordance with established protocols
Ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures
Working collaboratively with the healthcare team

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have:

A minimum of 3 years of MRI experience, including training and support of less experienced staff
Experience with SIEMENS equipment is required; familiarity with GE PACS is preferred

Additional Qualifications

Epic experience within the last 18 months is required and must be documented in the profile
If the Epic competency test is not passed on-site, an additional 10 hours of unbillable orientation will be required
Certifications: ARRT and BLS are mandatory
