Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the experience and skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care across various acuity levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Provide care to patients in a Med/Surg and PCU unit, including occasional ICU/PCU patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Participate in weekend rotations and holiday shifts as required.
• Be available for standby call as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Med/Surg and PCU.
• Current RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are mandatory.
• Telemetry exam must be passed prior to assignment start.
• If a first-time traveler, must have more than 5 years of experience as an RN.

Contract Details

The standard contract is for 13 weeks with a potential option for a 48-hour contract if willing to work additional weekends.

Shift Details

Shifts are 12 hours long, from 0630 to 1900, with a rotation that includes weekends and holidays.
