Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, including those in a Memory Care Unit. This position includes a commitment to delivering compassionate support to our patient population.

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Start/End Times:
  • 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Call: No
• Float: No

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document care provided and assist with charting as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days and evenings.

Patient Population

The facility accommodates a total of 40 beds, with a dedicated Memory Care Unit consisting of 8 beds. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:16, allowing for comprehensive and attentive care.

Charting System

All care documentation will be managed using the Point Click Care charting system.

Housing

On-site housing may be available upon request, depending on availability. Housing typically consists of an apartment within the Assisted Living facility, with availability and cost subject to confirmation.
