Description

Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking experienced Interventional Radiology Technologists with expertise in both Interventional Radiology (IR) and Computed Tomography (CT) to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures as directed by physicians.
Provide technical support during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Utilize imaging equipment effectively to obtain high-quality images and assist in interventional procedures.
Collaborate closely with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in on-call rotations as required, including weekend and holiday coverage.

Schedule:

Work shifts of 4 x 10 hours from 07:00 to 17:30 with rotating weekdays off.
On-call duty is expected, typically once a week, from the end of the shift to 07:00 the next morning.
Weekend on-call is 24 hours, from Friday end of shift to Monday morning.
Weekend call rotations typically occur every 4-6 weeks.

Qualifications:

Current ARRT certification with a valid Texas state license (MRT) or RCIS CCI certification along with LMRT/MRT.
Demonstrated experience in both Interventional Radiology and Computed Tomography.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
