Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry to join our acute care unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

Shift Type: Days
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (07:00 - 19:00)

Job Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and protocols.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in status.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide cohesive care for patients.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Educate patients and their families on health management and care processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry.
Experience using Epic electronic health record system.
Current Virginia or Compact nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
