Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to support procedural and interventional work across various imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, XR, Ultrasound, Interventional, and Neurointerventional Radiology. The role involves pre and post-procedure recovery and navigation for patients undergoing these significant medical interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical procedures in Interventional Radiology.
• Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology nursing.
• CPR certification from AHA required.
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; medical exemptions are accepted.
• Flu vaccination required; medical exemptions are accepted.

Schedule

• Available shifts: 8 or 10 hours.
• No weekends required.
• Orientation occurs weekly, every Monday (excluding holidays).

Additional Information

Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted. Previous travelers who have worked within the last year must be separated from the facility for at least one year to be considered. Parking may incur costs up to $43 per day in some instances.
