We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with trauma and neuro experience to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Position Overview

• Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: 3 weekends per schedule
• Call Requirements: None
• Floating Requirements: Must be flexible to float to areas such as CICU, MS, Tele, and ER as needed

Unit Information

• Department: ICU Y4
• Patient Ratios: 1:1-3 acuity based
• Equipment: Ceiling lifts, hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, Baxter Sigma Spectrum IV Pumps, and extensive safe-patient handling equipment
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Omnicell, Epic, SBAR

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: ACLS, NIH, valid RN License
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an ICU setting

Patient Population

The ICU serves a diverse patient population, including adults and children, with common diagnoses and treatments for conditions such as:

• Sepsis
• Shock
• Multi-organ failure
• Respiratory failure
• Trauma
• Neuro/brain injuries
• Complicated surgeries
• Stroke and encephalopathy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Trauma/Neuro settings
