Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with a Lymphedema certification to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a supportive environment.

Schedule

Start Date: ASAP
Shift Options: 4x10 or 5x8
Working Hours: Starting no earlier than 7:00 AM, ending no later than 5:30 PM
No on-call or weekend shifts required

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services for outpatient clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques including lymphedema management
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment programs as necessary
Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and recovery processes

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Lymphedema certification required
Current BLS certification
Valid Minnesota licensure (pending licenses will be considered)
