Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional with experience in MS/Tele, as well as in Progressive Care Units (PCU).

Shift Information

Night shifts: 4x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Floating based on unit needs
Weekend coverage required every other weekend, but may vary based on unit needs

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the LTAC setting
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Utilize the Omnicell medication system effectively
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC MS/Tele, Medical Surgical, and Progressive Care Units
Must have at least 1 year of experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
Active South Carolina nursing license
Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
