Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience and prior travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on medical and surgical/oncology floors.
• Participate in patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing treatment.
• Ensure safe and effective care within patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt to various units as needed, floating between medical floor and surgical/oncology units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience required.
• Travel nurse experience preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Proficiency in using Epic EMR system is a plus.
