Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 5x8 or 4x10 Days - Traveler’s Choice
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks
• Open to Block Schedule: Yes

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Skills Required: Outpatient, Acute Care, Long-Term Care (LTC)/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• First Timers: Not accepted
• Pending License: Accepted

Onboarding Information

Please note that candidates with previous permanent staff experience at any facility within the region must be separated for a minimum of 3 months prior to being eligible for this travel assignment.

Housing Information

• The facility provides housing for travelers during their assignments.
• Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments.
• Move-in is available no earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after contract ends.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Housing is generally limited to the traveler, and any additional family members need prior approval.
• Travelers must clean housing units upon departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Unit Information

The department offers services across inpatient and swing bed settings, as well as long-term care and outpatient services.
