Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position involves working with a variety of equipment and technologies to deliver high-quality imaging for patient care. The ideal candidate will be adept in both routine and emergency radiography.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct X-ray examinations, including portable and emergency room procedures.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
• Maintain and operate radiologic equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient interactions.
• Participate in quality control and equipment maintenance activities.

Work Schedule

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule consisting of five 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates should be available for on-call duties if residing in the area and may assist with holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Current certification as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Proficiency in performing X-ray procedures across various settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of radiologic safety standards and practices.
