About this Position
We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position focuses on providing specialized care to patients with wounds and injuries, ensuring optimal healing and recovery.
Position Details
- Shift: 5x8, 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: No
- On-call Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: Floating to like units may be required
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Wound Care RN (WOCN certification required; continence certification is not mandatory)
- Preferred Experience: Experience in pediatric care is highly preferred
- Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Certification (WOCN)
- Radius Rule: Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility
Additional Information
- Guaranteed Hours: The facility reserves the right to call off 1 shift per every 2 weeks
- Parker Fee: A one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass is required for nights and weekends
- Charting System: Epic
