Position Overview
The Respiratory Therapist performs specialized respiratory care duties and responsibilities under the supervision of the medical director. This position requires a commitment to floating between multiple locations as needed.
Details
- FTE: 1.2
- Shift: 3 nights
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Weekends: Every other
- Assignment Length: 25 weeks
- Start Date: 10/19/26
Uniform
Maroon scrubs are required and are not provided.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
- Current licensure with the state as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Current BLS certification.
- Current PALS certification.
- Pediatric experience is required.
Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will perform specific tasks related to respiratory care, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and standards while prioritizing patient safety and care excellence.
