Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Long Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in LTC and have an active Alaska nursing license.

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 4x12 Variable (Days or Nights)
Duration: Traveler's choice of 13 or 26 weeks
Patient Ratios: 1:20
Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
On-call Requirements: No

Qualifications

Active Alaska nursing license
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience
Current BLS certification

Certification Requirements

All caregivers are required to obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification, which can be completed during onsite orientation. A one-time fee applies for this certification.

Work Expectations

Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
Commitment to work at least 2 of the 3 major Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
Compliance with all RTO submissions; no more than 2 weeks of RTO for a 26-week contract
