We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN to provide compassionate and detail-oriented care in our infusion center. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

About the Role

The Infusion Center serves approximately 15–20 patients daily, providing a busy yet rewarding environment for delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Safe and Compassionate Infusion Therapy: Administer IV medications and therapies in accordance with established standards while monitoring patient responses to ensure comfort and safety.
• Coordinate Clinical and Administrative Operations: Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews, maintaining effective communication with providers and care teams.
• Educate and Support Patients and Families: Provide clear and personalized education about treatment plans, assess patient understanding, and document teaching efforts to promote informed care.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic health records and medication logs per hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience required; one year of acute care experience preferred.
• BSN is required.
• Current Vermont or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI).

Additional Information

This position requires reliable personal transportation as public transportation and rideshare services are not available in the area. Candidates should arrange housing in advance and be prepared to bring a vehicle for the duration of their stay.

Holiday coverage is required for this role.
