We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg/Tele team. This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts (Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Every Other Weekend and Holidays as Needed
• Float Required Across All Facilities as Necessary

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Providing care to observation patients, including those with respiratory conditions, general medical and surgical diagnoses.
• Caring for palliative, end-of-life, and hospice patients.
• Managing patients with psychiatric observations and complications related to diabetes.
• Assisting in the care of surgical patients and those requiring surgical observation.
• Utilizing Epic for patient documentation and management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• BLS certification required.
• Must pass an EKG exam during the onboarding process.
• Previous charge RN experience is preferred.
