Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our healthcare team. This role is critical in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Monitor and manage patient health conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state.
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical records system is required.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS are mandatory.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift commitment, with three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
