Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and be eager to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in patient education and support efforts.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid nursing license and BLS certification from AHA.
- EPIC electronic health record experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
- Ability to float to other locations as needed.
- Candidates must have been separated from previous employment for a minimum of 6 months and in good standing.
Additional Information
New hires will be required to complete a pass/fail test upon arrival at orientation, with one attempt allowed. During onboarding, candidates will have 2 attempts to pass Relias testing, which is designed to prepare for onsite testing.
