Description

Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care through evaluations, consultations, and customized treatment plans aimed at enhancing physical performance and mobility.

Shift Information

4 - 10 hour days

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and administer treatment programs.
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
Design and implement individualized, goal-directed physical therapy plans.
Assist patients in achieving maximum physical function and mobility.

Qualifications

Minimum experience of less than 1 year.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) required.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage may be required.
