The team provides short-term, intensive medical care in a home-like setting, ensuring that friends and family can be present during critical moments. Our approach encompasses comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support, allowing patients to receive care in a comfortable environment while avoiding hospitalization.

This full-time role includes a requirement of on-call shifts for 2 shifts per month. Please note that the orientation process consists of 3 days of training from 8 am to 5 pm before transitioning into night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and support to hospice patients and their families.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to establish personal goals of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
