Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse for a 26-week contract position. The ideal candidate will provide quality care in a dynamic 20-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit, specializing in patients with diverse and acute clinical needs.
Job Details
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights, every other weekend
- Unit: 6 SE Unit (20 bed MS TELE unit)
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care for patients requiring continuous electronic heart and vital sign monitoring, with a primary focus on respiratory conditions.
- Serve as the designated inpatient recovery unit for specific surgeries in addition to general medical surgical telemetry care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must have Epic experience.
- Experience in a large, level 1 trauma unit is required.
- Must have been separated from previous employer for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for this position.
