We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional respiratory care to patients and will be expected to work a rotating schedule that includes day and evening shifts.

Schedule

The position requires 10-hour shifts from 14:15 to 00:15, with assignments from Wednesday through Tuesday. Candidates must be available to work on holidays and participate in standby call as required.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification and BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Active Wisconsin state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a respiratory therapy role.

Responsibilities

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will perform the following key duties:

• Administer respiratory therapy and assist in the development of treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patients' progress and reactions to treatment, adjusting care as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on proper respiratory care techniques and treatments.
