Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room care to join our team for a 13-week contract. The position offers day shifts and requires weekend availability every other week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Provide triage, assessment, and treatment of patients in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and accurate patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring of newly hired staff as needed.
• Float to other areas within the scope of practice as necessary.

Schedule Requirements

• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Weekends Required: Every other weekend
• Call: Not required
• Block scheduling: Open to discussion during the interview

Qualifications

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience required.
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Locals will not be considered for this position.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
