Role Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for treating patients across various settings, including:
- Inpatient
- Outpatient
- Long Term Care
- Swing Bed
Conditions treated include:
- Dementia Management
- IDDSI Experience
- Aphasia
- Apraxia
- Dementia/Alzheimer’s
- Progressive Neurological Diseases
Preferred experience includes:
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Coma Stimulation
- Anoxia
- Developmental Delay
- Autism
- Cleft Palate
Experience with pediatric populations (infants, children, and adolescents) is preferred.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be motivated and able to transition to independent patient treatments effectively. Candidates should possess clinical skills to operate in all four specified settings.

Housing Information
The facility provides housing for travelers during their assignment. The housing units are typically one-bedroom apartments or might be shared with another traveler. Housing is available for move-in no earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after it ends. Please note that pets are not allowed. The housing unit must be cleaned upon departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Work Hours
Guaranteed hours are 72 hours over a two-week period. Travelers may be called off for one 8-hour shift per two weeks.
