Shift Information

Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Minimum Experience

2 years of relevant experience required.

Certifications and Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross.
• Active state licensure in Hawaii is required prior to the start of the assignment.

Job Description

The role involves evaluating and re-evaluating assigned patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. You will plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician. Responsibilities include:

• Regularly updating treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Independently managing a full caseload.
• Understanding when to perform re-evaluations based on insurance authorization.
• Availability to work Hawaii state and federal holidays as necessary based on operational needs.

Equipment Utilized

Familiarity with EMR systems such as Net Health Therapy and Meditech is required.

Required Skills

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the following settings is required:

• Outpatient
• Acute Rehabilitation

Holiday Coverage

Holiday coverage is required as part of the role.
