Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is comfortable working with vents. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team, providing high-quality care to patients. It is important to note that there are no admissions at the PCU or ICU level; patients requiring that level of care will be transferred out as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status promptly.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on vent management preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
