Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional respiratory care to patients and may float between multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current NBRC and BLS certifications required.
• Ohio RRT license must be in hand at the time of application.
• Availability to work weekends and float to multiple locations within the region as needed.

Schedule

This position offers night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (18:30 - 07:00). Flexibility in scheduling is required, and all requests should be communicated during the application and interview process.
