Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive ultrasound examinations in various specialties. This position is a 7 on, 7 off schedule, with working hours from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ultrasound examinations in abdomen, breast, OB/GYN, and vascular specialties.
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate diagnostic information.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and medical staff to discuss results and aid in diagnosis.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule as assigned.
Qualifications
- ARDMS certification is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Proven experience in ultrasound imaging is essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
Additional Information
Training will take place Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts, starting on November 30. The first on-call week will commence on December 7.
