Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate clinical excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and make informed decisions regarding their health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
